Question: M/T shift housing: Ford Tech Manual

Hello,

I'm looking for a Ford Tech Manual instruction on how to remove the shift handle from a Manual Transmission shifter. Anyone have access to a tech manual? The parts:

• MB3Z-7210-F = m/t gear shift housing assembly
• MB3Z-7277-A = m/t shift boot

I'm sure I could figure it out (there's a video posted), however I'd like to study pics from the manual if possible.
