Question re: Bronco Showing Up on Dealer Website At Delivery

My salesman is not at the dealership today and I'm curious - for anyone that has already had his/her Bronco delivered, when it arrived and was on the dealer website, was the description of the vehicle, to include features, correct? My Bronco just arrived yesterday and it shows up (by VIN) on the dealer website. However, I ordered a BD and the truck is listed as a Base model. Even when I look at the details and features, it's spec'd out as a Base. Doing a sanity check on all my order docs shows that I'm not crazy and that indeed ordered a BD. I'm assuming this is a mistake, but perhaps not.

No - assuming it's just a mistake which is not surprising based on the accuracy of some of the stuff I see on Ford's trackers. I did check my sticker in the tracker again after you reminded me of it - it matches my order.

Before they can sell it, they need to add it to the inventory. It's likely the inventory manager just selected the Base model in order to get it added--I'm sure you'll find it the way you ordered it when you go in to purchase it.

Mine showed up on my dealers site. It was not what i ordered, but my window sticker is correct. I wouldnt worry about that, and you might see a different price too.

That common as a lot of dealers have all that automated, so as soon as it’s added to inventory it’s on their website.

I gotta ask... WTF are you doing typing on the internet when your Bronco is at the dealer? All you'd see of me is a Road Runner dust trail behind my ass towards the dealer.

A few reasons - one, I knew the Bronco had to go through intake, inspection and cleanup. I didn't want to be a PITA. Second, I'd rather not be tempted to drive it much until I get the front end wrapped and put the front mud flaps and hood deflector I bought installed, so I purposely delayed it. I pick it up Saturday evening. It gets the wrap on Monday and I'll install the flaps and deflector when I get it back (I'm a worrier).
