Ouch!!!Don't feel bad. Mine was released Oct 7 and is still waiting for a rail car.
You should see if your dealer can get it escalated with Ford.Don't feel bad. Mine was released Oct 7 and is still waiting for a rail car.
USA rail runs the yard that unloads the cars. Trucks come in labeled Road USA and take them out but there’s also dealer rigs and hot shot services that get cars too. I’d call Rail USA Midwest City. Do you have a rail car number? Sometimes buyers pick up directly as wellOnce the rail car reaches its final destination who is responsible for getting a carrier to deliver to the dealer? Is that Ford's responsibility or the local dealer's?
I ask because the rail car my Bronco is on was delivered to its destination on the 28th of December. So far crickets. The dealer says it's waiting for a transport to bring it to the dealership.
Wondering if you can glean anymore data onto the itineraries for BNSF301747?If you get a railcar number I can tell you when it is due in and when it gets unloaded. Well to OKC anyway
Sorry I have nothing on that car inbound or that it’s been in the yard the last couple weeks. I’ll check when I get new spot and inbound lists.Wondering if you can glean anymore data onto the itineraries for BNSF301747?
My latest update is that it’s in one of the switching yards in Chicago. Was checking to see if you had more insight than that. Thanks.Sorry I have nothing on that car inbound or that it’s been in the yard the last couple weeks. I’ll check when I get new spot and inbound lists.
