I have to agree with a lot of whats said here - & I've said it before - how can a cutting edge major manufacturer design, develop & then prepare the tooling & production for a vehicle of this complexity & then botch a stupid Build Price web page in this the "digital age"? Thats why it all stinks of consumer manipulation & good 'ol greed. When the Bronco was announced I knew then it was going to be a $50K vehicle. I'm disappointed but not completely surprised.

Doubt the conspiracy theory is accurate, Ford has screwed up too many things at this point where they are okay with taking a little flak from the community.

However you’re right that they should have been upfront. The amount of time it took to change it is laughable.

This exact opinion and ensuing discussion has been repeated over and over on the main price change thread...

And it all goes back to if only Ford communicated things better to customers and their dealerships from the get go, maybe people wouldnt be so sour.
