Raptor Ford Pass remote start issue

Winter is here in N. MT. Been using the remote start a lot lately. On occasion, after starting the vehicle, the app remains in start mode. It doesn't reset itself so the next time I try to use it, it's stuck in start mode. Usually, I restart my phone & that clears up the problem. Thinking I should reinstall the app. Anyone else had issues with the app?

Mine does that often. I use the app to start the Bronco in the morning, then when I use it again to start the Bronco after commuting at the end of the day I have to quit the app to refresh it.

Lately I'm also getting a lot of 'failed to start', even when it does start...

You don't have to restart your entire phone. Just force close the app
