Gang,

I have the Wildtrak plastic bumper and just picked up a steel Badlands bumper. Do I:

- Reuse the Wildtrak brackets and sensors?
- Need to change the sensor brackets and re-use the Wildtrak sensors?
- Need to change the brackets and sensors?

I am assuming that if I can reuse the sensors that no programming will be required, correct?

TIA!

I also did this on my wildtrak.

You need the steel bumper specific sensor holders. I reused my sensors and wiring, although the wiring is slightly different between the two i believe, as far as lengths and routing.

One of the sensor holders was extremely expensive. Like all the others were like $7 each and this one was like $70. no idea why.

I did not do any programming after. My backup sensors do catch a couple more false alarms backing out of the driveway than before but I don't notice the issue anywhere else.
