My rear glass is offset to the drivers side. Rather than dealing with a service dept I bought a tp 25 bit to adjust the hinges myself. One of my former jobs was at a ford plant that ran wagons with rear flip up glass like a bronco. When I loosened the hinges I found the passenger side had a hole and the drivers side had a slotted hole. Anyone know how to adjust the glass?

I don't see an adjustment procedure in the shop manual. Pic?

When you say offset, do you mean the gap between the glass and cap is smaller on one side than the other? Is it possible the glass isn't offset and the cap kicked out on one side making it appear like there's and offset? It may be possible to tweak some stuff a bit or enlarge the holes on the hinge to allow a little movement but I'd be careful not to put too much stress on the glass. You know how that tempered stuff likes to pop when chipped or stressed.

Thank you. I was loosening the hinge to the top vs hinge to glass.

Unfortunately there is no adjustment on the glass to hinge either. Guess I’ll be going to the dealership.
