Has anyone had a failure in rear rear collapse with no folding when pulling the release.

Yes. Barrel end of cable (at lever) was not properly attached and detached. Took it in to the dealer and they, after ordering a part, were able fix it. 2021 4 door Badlands.

How long did it take the dealership to fix it?

I brought it in (Glendale (CA) Star Ford) for an oil change and this. Was done in a couple hours.

Anyone have service manual diagrams of this part? @flip? I’m having a similar problem where my driver side back seat requires me to pull the lever to the max for it to unlatch. I’ve had less than stellar experience at the dealer service department and would rather fix myself if easy enough
