Largely a result of getting in and out improperly, but Ford seats seem to be extra fragile, especially in the newer stuff.

Order OEM bottom seat cover and stash for later.

I've got one for my '17 F150 despite no problem with wearing.

I've got a replacement driver seat bottom for easy replacement in the future. Excellent advice right there.

Seems like there should be some product you got place there for reinforcement. Thicker piece of material and attached with adhesive.

I have a carhart cover on mine but that would not stop this issue. Ordering a replacement piece for use when selling sounds like the way to go.
