Hey everybody, before anyone asks I have searched on here and tried everything I have read about. Here's my problem:

My driver side window no longer drops when opening the door so it sticks when opening and closes on top of the rubber. The auto up feature no longer works as well. I have tried the up and hold and down and hold too many times to count (including making sure I did it with a single click and not all the way down on the button). I have disconnected the negative side of the battery for 15 minutes. I have disconnected the door as well and reseated that just in case it was something in there. Any other ideas from you guys or should I just take it to the dealership at this point?

Thanks,

With door closed…..I had to hold my button down for about 10seconds for it to take. I read for 5 seconds and it didn’t work. Then roll all the way down and all the way back up. If that’s how you’ve been doing it and it’s not working out, take it to dealer

Yeah I've tried 5, 10, 20 seconds.. all with door closed .. with both accessory only on and engine running .. it's so annoying it won't reset this time. Thanks for the reply.

I'd dig into the switches and check the driver's leads on another switch, if it were happening to my rig. Idk what that would entail to get access, but might be worth a shot. Seems odd that only one window is affected.

Close the door, roll the window down and hold for five seconds, roll the window up and hold for five seconds, roll the window down and hold for five seconds. This should reset your window. This process has always worked for me.

Update:
Dealership got me in immediately this morning. They think it just needs the window update so they are going to run a diagnostic and install that. I left it there so hopefully later I'll give an all fixed update. They did say they have seen a few other broncos where this happened and the usual fixes don't work and only the update helps.

Update 2: The window update did not fix it. Techs had to take my door cover off and adjust the window. Seems my window got slightly off angle (it did not look like it to me at all) and that was making it not go up properly. Going down worked fine. It's fixed and works now so I guess everything is good.

My front passenger issue was resolved at the dealer. Window had to be reprogrammed.
Now it will close again. Resetting using the burttons, door open or closed did not help.
