Agree they are pretty much mandatory if anyone has SAS. Town and Country does a nice video on them for Bronco. I just wish they didn't have a giant advertisement plastered on the side - that looks like crap.

Like I said previously, it looks like two 3/16 pop rivets holding that badge on, quick work to drill that out with a 3/16 bit and remove it.

This the the one accessory my 5'3" wife says I have to get for my sasquatch badlands! I'll want the lights too so you can see the step in the dark. And I'm curious how the door delete works. With the doors off does it override the normal magnetic switch that would be registering an open door and trying to drop the steps.

I ordered the Rockslide Engineering steps from the group buy and added the door delete kit which gives you a manual control.

I'm not sure I'm a fan of having to disconnect the door sensor to plug in the door delete switch. Would be nice if they could somehow work in conjunction with each other.

I'm more likely to go with tube doors than no doors anyway. Maybe the door delete won't be necessary for me in the end.

I have the Ares on my 2500 High Country, they have a switch to shut them off if you were to pull the doors. Would not go back up though without doors tripping the magnets.
The also stop trying to lower if they feel resistance. I'm probably going to add them to my BB when it gets here next month....I hope. The jeep 2 door size will fit but the bracket will need to be modified to work.
