Rough County High Winch Mount

I am aware of all the issues with the RC HWM, but still want to take that approach. Can anyone verify for me that it doesn't screw up the adaptive cruise (ACC)? Their website says it's all good, but when I talked to someone at RC they said they don't tell folks it works fully (probably lawyer talk). I just want some practical feedback on how it performs with ACC. It certainly doesn't seem to interfere with the radar sensor up front. Thanks in advance.

Best I can tell based on reading their winch it’s all fine out of the box but larger ones (HF 12K for example) require sensor relocation.

I’ve had mine for over a year and never had any issues.

No problem with this one either and I've winched out several friends who got in too deep!

ACC works fine with the RC high mount because it clears the sensor under it easily. Most winches will require a front camera relocation to retain an unobstructed view. I have the HF 12k Apex and you will have to trim the parking sensor plugs quite a bit to get those in. The RC winches not so much.

Make sure you guys look at the frame horn reinforcement brackets. I bought the add ones.
