For the tags, the dealer can get you Al tags but may use a 3rd party service to do it, could add a 1-2 hundred to your normal tag fees. Or you may be able to get your Al tags locally and take them with you when you pick it up. Don't know if Pa can give you temp or transit tags for your drive home.
