I'm struggling to understand or visualize what this offset would look like on the bronco.

I'm ready to pull the trigger on some wheels that are
17.8.5, -12 offset, (4.28" backspacing)

and I'm thinking of going with a 35X12.50R17LT for a tire.

The wheels are a good look, but I dont want something where the face of the wheels is near the outer rim lip of the wheel (no concavity) and I dont want them sticking out a huge amount either.

Does anyone run a 17x8.5 with -12 offset? I've seen people that are running wheels from same mfg that are 0 offset, but it does not appear they offer these wheels that offset.

Here's a couple of pictures I grabbed off here showing some 17x8.5 with -10 offset which is just 2 mm less offset than the wheels you're looking at. They poke out a bit, even with the Sas fender flares.

Are your flares grey? Or just the pic? Looks pretty cool!

I’ve always gone 0 offset. The offset will determine the “poke”. Some will have more, some less.

Do you have sasquatch?.... you have a wild track... so I believe that you do.... Some one correct me if I am wrong but I believe all sasquatch wheels are a +30 offset. that means if you were to put a measuring tape perpendicular against your tire the new tire location would be 1 and 1/2 inch further outboard.

That's not my Bronco, just some pictures I grabbed for reference when I was looking at wheels. Offset/backspacing/wheel width all work together to determine how much "poke" you will end up with. That's why it's always good to ask questions about different combinations. I do have pictures of several combos I saved if anyone needs to see. My Bronco has 17x9 with -6 offset and 35x12.5x17 tires.

So far so good. They are so much easier to clean than the stock Sas wheels but I only have 5K miles on them in the last 18 months (it's my daily driver but I don't leave the house every day) so I may not be the best scenario to judge them for any fading or wear and tear.
