I kinda get it, rual area they do a lot ag stuff not a lot of Custom wheels. Not petty at all, just not in his wheel house so to speak...Have you ever given him business before? Seems rather petty.

you dont need no stinking wheel spacers!!!...Bronco looks good except for the blue tape everywhere, WTF,Update, found a shop to flip 5 tires for $250 custom offset will pay $200. Went to put them on and discovered that the hub spacers are the wrong ones. Mounted tire anyway and not sure how important they are as it had no vibration when driving. Overall pretty disappointing process, would definitely goto a shop next time.

You went with the lowest bidder, they are trying to make it right within the bounds of their profit margin. Thinking they would send you an entire set while waiting on a return is ... optimistic to say the least.Well on a $4000 order I'd expect them to at least offer more than the cost to flip. When you go to the restaurant and order a steak and they charge and deliver a burger do you just shrug your shoulders and move on? I don't think it's unreasonable to send me 5 more done correctly and have the carrier take the others.
They will not do anything is not correct. They offered a minimum of $30/tire and if you had actually read it they would have covered more if you had provided a valid quote from a shop.I bought 5 method 315 and bfg ko3 and spent 4k on the package from custom offsets part of the reasoning I went with them was because I'm in a rual area and there is not a lot of options for a local tire shop that deals with custom wheels. They sell their product mounted and ballanced at the factory and tout that as an advantage. I picked them and paid extra for this service and convenience. Shipping and everything was good until I unpacked the wheels and noticed that they were mounted backwards rwl to the inside. They had it in the notes that I wanted the rwl on the outside. Why would anyone buy rwl tires and turn them in? If you want blackwall you would just order them black... any how they are offering up to 30 per tire to flip them. Problem is I'll probably have to drive 2 hours to the city to get this done. I kinda don't feel like it should be my problem, but they will not do anything.
