The wheels are a no for me. That lift looks too high as well. Those lower A arms are screaming, let alone the rest of the IFS.

All the work on the Bronco is incredible! What a beauty!
What didn't fit for me also are the wheels/rims.
Curious if anything done to beef up the front rack/tie rods with the new geometry and additional stress created by the lift/coil over/larger 37" tires?

It was absolutely built as a cruiser, however he did also buy 17s and 37s which are getting sent out tomorrow actually.
Coilovers are easily adjustable, he just chose it to be high for now. I truly hope this one sees some dirt eventually.

Yes we have threads on this. Either the 3.0 rack or one of the billet money options. On 37s I’d say 3.0 at the minimum should be necessary if you actually off-road. This clearly isn’t going to.

But even not going off-road too much lift will destroy the CVs in no time. Plenty of people here have torn boots and snapped shafts.

I’ll agree to disagree here. Arguably, I believe we have built more Broncos than anyone in the country. Well over 600 of them with quite of variety. We’ve done a handful of ball player builds in this fashion that have racked up tens of thousands of miles without issue. Yes, this geometry is incorrect for offroad use but is absolutely manageable as a driver.

We sourced Davids brand new 2023 Badlands locally and set up the purchase for him and then it was off to the races.

Once assembled, the Fenders, hood and hardtop were all paint matched Iconic Silver.

I can account for Doetch Off-Road builds. I have one of the early setups, which I have added quite a bit to now in my sig. The suspension setup though is correct and has held up to anything I have thrown at it in S. FL. We may not have desert or MTs, but we have plenty of bogs and nasty trails to go down.

The Fabtech system they use is the truth. Also, I love the Cooper tires. Quality parts and a quality build. In the end, you get what you pay for.

I see. That Baja Design light bar comes in really handy in those dark mall parking lots.

With that said, it is (was?) your client's money. S/he can choose to piss it away in a manner of their liking.
