Checked out the video.
That engine sits quite well in that roadster.
Very nice.
As I said to TN up above, I didn't wake up today expecting to get bitten by the FFR bug again. But here I am, thanks to ya'll!

I was going to use this but I would have to modify the valve covers and/or put spacers between the carbs and manifold. i ended up using a used carb and manifold I got from a guy in Tennessee. He had them on his coupe.

Damn you FF guys. I have been wanting to do their hot rod for a while. It is either a mid engine used vett, Cayman, or a FF hit rod. As my next car after the Bronco.. The benefits are I use my current 306 engine and swap in a 7.3 into the 94...you know so the daughter has a new reliable engine (she is 7 and already wants it and helps when/where she can).

I'm prolly gonna go full on "vintage" look with mine. I want downdraft Webers with the original 289 style stamped valve covers with the bent neck oil filler but since I've already done one coupe I also thought about the 289 USRRC Cobra from FFR and replicate CSX2409. The only Cobra ever delivered in orange.

If you're gonna do an engine swap do the Coyote. My 2015 with the Gen 2 Coyote was amazing. They never stop pulling.

It will be a tough choice between the Coyote and a 7.3 pushrod swap.

If you have not driven a Coyote car you owe it to yourself to do so.
