Fifteen52 Range HD with BFG KO2s. 0 offset, had to remove mudflaps - they rubbed at full lock. 2 inch lift with Eibach coil overs, little (very little) poke, no rubbing now. (SAS so no crash bars)

Got a set of Wildtrak take-off wheels & tires for my OBX. Had 'em mounted within 90 minutes. 😁

Did the Forscan change yesterday for the new tire size and removed the crash bars as well.

Nice, that is the look I wanted with my basesquatch, just need the EG fender flares.

If you like the stock ride, then you will like the ride with the KO2s and the eibachs. It is extremely close to stock. The springs have a little bit more softness to them which is more comfortable. They also have a little less rebound so they don’t bounce around quite as much as the stock SAS shocks did. I also prefer that. I’ve used a lot of different tires on jeeps over the years and have settled on KO2s. They clear mud extremely well, almost as good as the mud 3s, but they are nice and quiet and don’t harm on the road at highway speeds. In my experience they also wear like iron. It’s a big investment, so I like that they last a long time. The car in my opinion looks much better on 37s. Although to be truthful, I might have tried something even larger as I think the car in four-door version would still look good with a slightly larger tire. But the 37s are great.
I weighed the Fifteen52 rims with the KO2 tires and they are not much heavier than the stock 35 SAS wheels and tires. I did wind up putting the hammer built tailgate strengthener on the gate, but it took a while to arrive. In the time I was using it without the strengthener, I realized it’s probably fine, 10 pounds doesn’t make enough of a difference to warrant requiring a tailgate stiffener. I had already ordered it, so I figured I would install it but I don’t think you would have to if you didn’t want to since the weight difference is slight. However, if you’re getting a heavier rim, I would use something - the HammerBuilt item is good.
bottom line, don’t hesitate. The eibachs are a good deal. The tires are really great and the ride is very similar but just a touch more comfortable.
The install wasn’t too bad either.

Nice Blocks! I went with some bronze Blocks, but really love the look of the white letter Firestones, and they don't throw near as much gravel as the stock SAS tires.

Thank you for the reply. The extra information you provided gives me the “go ahead” for this setup. Love the price point for this setup. Now I just have to sneak it passed the wife.

Sasquatch fenders (stock) aftermarket wheels gives us about a 1.5-2" poke. Its beefy!

I don't have any front profile pics, might add some later.

I'm probably in the minority here, but I actually really like my Non-Sas Badlands setup. However, with so few wheel options for us Non-Sas folks that don't poke out like crazy, I'm now thinking I should have just scooped up the optional non-Sas Badlands wheels at purchase. I also want to run the factory 33s. Heck at the price of wheels (and Sas fender if I need them), I should have just put Sas on the rig.

The only wheels I've found that don't poke over an inch from stock fenders are:
Black Rhino Warlord 17x8 +52 (0.11")
Black Rhino Fuji 17x8 +38 (0.67")
KMC Canyon 17x8 +35 (0.787")
KMC IMpact 17x8 +35 (0.787")
Method 703 17x8.5 +35 (1.02")
_________________

Poke over an inch:
RTR Evo 6 17x9 +30 (1.49")
Black Rhino Boxer 17x8.5 +18 (1.92")
Rouch R Series 17x8.5 +25 (1.417")
KMC Trek 17x8 +20 (1.377")

What other wheels are going to keep me to an inch or less?

I've spoken to a few powder coat places and they are $700-900 to color change my Ford Badlands wheels. Am I being impatient, or do I just need to wait for the market to catch up?

To the wheel designers at Ford. Take a look around EBay. The large number of factory OBX and Badlands wheels is a good indication of the success of the design language. I actually really like the styling of the Badlands wheels, the finish of carbon grey and machine finish is an odd choice.

2" lift + 315/75/r17 Goodyear Territory M/Ts. Small amount of rub at full lock with crash bars still installed. They will be coming off soon.

Icon offers their Compression, Rebound Pro Rebound SLX, Speed Six and Vector 6 all in 17x8.5 ET+25 - some of which are hub centric.

Method also offers their Con 6, 703, 705 and 706 in 17x8.5 ET+35

Other considerations include:

17x8.5 ET+30 GFX TR52
17x8.5 ET+35 Fuel Covert

No lift sir. Just whatever the wildtrak sas adds from stock. No Hoss upgrade.
Also, no rubbing from the offset either.
