I plan on a Tepui Foothill RTT, Yakima Skinny Warrior and probably a solar panel. That's likely 150Lbs already.
The basket will likely carry recovery boards, Jerry can, Pano box and 5Lbs propane tank....

I'm kinda hoping something AM as well.... I didn't order my 2d with the rails. And then later realized, they're not offered in the Ford Accessories catalog... Yet...?

Rhino Rack does indeed have plans, and they're getting to work on it in the next few days.

I don't think they'll know or be talking about their specific plans until they take a look. They haven't gotten their hands on one yet, from what it sounds like. That'll change this week.
