Soft Top crease/kink

Has anyone had a kink/crease in their soft top and figured out how to work it out or remove it? I was installing my IAG soft top struts this afternoon and noticed that my back window now has two areas that look almost like someone tried poking it with a pen. (Note- this is NOT a result of the struts, they’re working as they should and I’d definitely recommend). I know they were fine before I took them off, and I laid them down flat and carefully, so I’m puzzled as to how this happened. Possibly when I tried to put them back onto the car they got a kink when flopping around? Does this kind of issue normally resolve itself or are there ways to fix? First time softy owner. Thanks!

Take them out and lay in the sun.

This happened to mine last week as well. After sitting in the sun the next day, it straightened out.

Yeah, most of that should go away. My mess up was I didn't see a mountain bike in the back shifted and the handlebar was pushing on the rear window. Looked pretty bad, a few weeks later it blends in with the rest of the waves and kinks.
