Soft Top for 2 Door?

Did I miss something? Did Ford decide they could do a 2door soft top after all? My dealer told me if I switch to a soft top I should be able to get my 2 door sooner.

There is no soft top option for a 2 door, all are manufactured with a hard top.
You can buy a number of partial soft tops as accessories.

"Dealer said ..." is kind of a running joke around here. Leastways dealers say many things which are not legit. As a 2-door guy though, would be great if this dealer knew something upcoming about a soft top.

This is why I am asking here! Lol.
a GM actually called my friend to tell him to change over to a soft top on his two door. I called them to ask if they really were selling a soft top and they said yes…. However they wouldn’t confirm the Mansquatch?!?! So I am now considering going to another dealer.
