Spare tire bumper squeak!

Napa Sil Glyde is a silicone grease made for this kind of stuff. About $12 a tube. A lot of manufacturers use it on rubber components because it doesn't cause it to degrade or swell.

Hmmm... I have this stuff. Synthetic, silicone based lube "won't swell rubber bushings"...
It's super thick...

It’s the weatherstripping seals.

Ya welcome to the show. There are multiple possible squeaks and rattles back there. Did you hit those squared plastic pieces on top inside of tailgate too. Forgot to mention those.

I think this is where mines coming from but can't figure out a way to stop them from moving
