So far, I've tried grease between the tire bump stop and body, thinking the squeak was coming from there....
Then I tired a silicone spray lube on the tire-to-bump stop rubber...
Nah... Still a horrible squeak noise audible from inside the truck.

Well dammit.... Actually made a small adjustment. But I don't think it was rubbing in the first place.
Sounds like rubber on rubber...
FF to near the end and listen (or listen to it all)
Nasty squeak!

Edit: won't allow m4a audio upload

First, I know :).........with my Wrangler there is a rubber seal between the top, and the fenders where the hard top sits. It creaks like my old bones during cold weather, and not as bad when it's warm outside. Could there be a seal like that on the Bronco that's causing your squeaking. Good luck, I know how aggravating a problem like this can be.

Change file format to mp4...

Just put white grease lube on all the rubber stopper on the rear glass and tailgate... Lubed the window hinges...
No change

Worst squeaky noises I’ve ever heard on vehicle was acrylic taillamp lens barely touching painted surfaces.

Do you have any modifications in that arena?

That'll be the next step for sure... Great tip 👍🏻
I have a new Territory tire coming on warranty. When the dealer mounts it, I'll put the spare into service opposite that one... And test with no wheel on the tailgate then.

The damnest thing... It wasn't an issue at all until one time washing and drying it at the car wash.
Immediately apparent as soon as I drove off 🤷

My squeek started as soon as I upgraded to 35 inch tires, so I knew right away that it was from the added weight. Once I added the Hammer Built Spare Tire Support the squeeky tailgate went away. So my suggestion would be to remove your spare and if the squeekyness stops than consider a support bracket as a possible solution.

FWIW I've seen at least one person mentioning the squeek with stock SASQUATCH wheels and tires, so even though it sounds like you are on a stock SASQUATCH wheel and tire package doesn't mean you should just dismiss the idea that a support bracket may be necessary.
