The dealer website will show either in-transit or on the lot (now that may be delayed a day or 2) but that's how I'd go about it - or quite honestly do a few drive bys and see if it's there. You have the VIN - check the sticker and you'll know for sure. Obviously I don't know how far you are from your dealer, but that's what I'd do.

I’m about 45-1hr away. We are in different cities.

Great, that's what we did, the tough part is there seems to be no method to what get's picked up and delivered. Cars getting there after ours were picked up, that was tough to watch.

I thought maybe it had something to do with getting the most cars on the truck for a full load based on car size.......

But once it's loaded you can then track the actual carrier, we showed up at the dealer about 20min before ours arrived and took pics/ videos of it being driven off. Driver jokingly asked me if I wanted to drive it off. I gave him a $20, thought he was going to have a heart attack, pretty sure he never got a "tip" for delivering a car before.

Are you getting the vehicle through Supreme Ford in Slidell? That's where mine was ordered. Had no problems. Had signed agreement no ADM, no dealer add ons I hadn't agreed to. Talked to my salesman frequently but I always knew more than them. Picked up same day it was delivered. I know they have had people walk away from orders and then sold them with ADM. They had a 2 dr Wild Track they called me to test drive before they sold it.

Yes Slidell Supreme Ford they were really good at communication at the very beginning but then somehow something changed. They won’t even answer my calls now.

After a junior person that I worked with was charged a second destination fee of $7000 extra for his bronco from Slidell, I contacted Mike Levine. After that they were extremely cold with me and have not communicated at all.
Even before that, they have never reached out to me or asked me if I want to test drive a vehicle nothing.

This guy who works for me he’s very young. They pretty much threatened him and told him they were going to give away his vehicle to somebody else if he didn’t pay the extra designation fee.
One of the dealers there bragged to me that they auctioned off a bronco for a heafty amount and told me my order is worthless to them.

it might be that they hate military members. They would not let us at least get a purchase agreement up front, only promises, then bait and switch when you go to pick up the vehicle. They were completely clueless on 2023 ordering procedures. Had to guide them.

Sorry to hear that as I said had no problem with them. I did talk to them before I made reservation and made clear I wouldn't pay more than MSRP and I wanted it in writing or I would go elsewhere. I have never liked dealerships and prior to the Bronco the least trouble free vehicle purchases I made were usually using Ford's or GM's partner pricing. I hate the stupid negotiating game and have walked off more than once and bought elsewhere when they were just dragging things out.

I was even able to print the delivery receipt that the driver signed when it was delivered.

How did you get this, from my phone I put in my VIN and it does nothing. I’ve tried two others devices with the same result

Go to base legal and let them know their business practices, maybe get them added to the off limits business list for military personnel. I'm sure they'd change their tune about military then when they lose customers with a guaranteed paycheck every month.

Unfortunately I don't remember exactly how I did it, it's been over a year ago. Not sure if they changed anything but I don't remember it being anything difficult.
