I have the rock rails on the Badlands trim. Given the case of several of us in the family being vertically challenged, I really think I need to put some nerf bars on. Any recommendations out there? I did some searching on the forum and came up empty.

Thanks!

How many doors?

I have a 2 Door.

I had ordered some step rails from ZROADZ, but shortly after the order was placed I got a couple of calls from them about my order.

First call was to inform me that it might take a couple of weeks to get my order so they were going to refund my shipping.

Second call was to tell me there was going to be further delays and the product had to be redesigned or something and it was going to be February 28th before they shipped it.

However, if you have a 4 Door, you might have better luck with ZROADZ.

Great point. 4 door version and I've edited my original message.

Those are neat and all, but they're not a slider/nerf bar. I entertained the idea of getting these for mine, but ultimately decided against it for two reasons.

1. They have to be removed if you're doing any off roading that would catch on them.
2. Shins. Say goodbye to them the first time you misstep and smack or rake them down it.

But I really do like the design and may revisit it in the future.

See I like that they can be removed. And the shins argument is the same as if you miss-step on any nerf bar.

Personally the only one I'm considering so far is the RTR which isn't really a step but want to make sure it's frame mounted.

I don’t know if anyone has posted this video yet, but it should definitely help. Same channel has rec’s for bumpers too.

They look great, thanks for posting. What are you thoughts on the step height and width? This is going to be a family vehicle for me. Any thoughts as to going with this vs the DS (3.5" step) or the D6 (6" step)? Again, thanks for sharing your insights and the pics.
