Well, three weeks to the day after taking delivery of our four door OB, the volume on our bronco audio decided to stop working. The audio volume is stuck at zero! Can’t raise it either with the knob or with the steering wheel controls. There is no mute to be found like on the steering wheel of my F150. Anyone know of a fix or what we are missing??? I have a feeling it’s something major bc it’s not allowing me to change other settings for audio. Thinking about disconnecting the negative battery terminal and hopefully getting a reset to fix the issue. Let me know if you have any ideas…. Btw, it’s the 12” screen w the B&O and the Lux package…. Thx

Yes. That’s software related most likely. Battery disconnect should cure it

Disconnect both pos and neg and touch the wires together (not touching the battery) and hold for 30 sec. Then reconnect

After disconnecting the negative battery terminal for about two minutes and reconnecting, radio is back to normal, for now at least…. Have a great day and happy thanksgiving!

I have 2022 Badlands Lux, volume stuck at zero and on/off on the stereo doesn’t work. Did the battery disconnect and still no volume. Heading to dealership.
