Hi I have a 4door 2.3 manual BD with 315 tires it also has a Zone 2” spacer lift. The ride quality is pretty horrible on road. Pot holes and speed bumps rattle my fillings loose. What are my options for better street ride quality? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Ditch the spacers and get new coilovers. Lot's of options depending on what you want to spend.
What PSI are your tires at now?

Did you happen to loosen the upper control arm through bolts, settle the suspension at the new ride height, and then re-torque them?

If not, the NVH you are experiencing is most likely due to the UCA bushings being in a bind, creating unwanted preload on them.
