So the swag giveaways when there are delays seems to be a distant memory. And the stay pumped e-mail generator must have locked up. Anyone else notice a 180 in how Ford deals with this stuff?

I guess Ford figures if we haven't jumped ship by now, we're gonna stay until the trip is over. I don't know, but if that's it I may surprise them sometime in the future. :)

I got a backpack. I'm good for like another week. Yea I said it a back pack.
No back back here. Jealous as hell! LOL. And no bronco of course

While you're expecting that honesty from Ford, lets also be honest about how the swag was treated here on B6g.


Ford sends hammock
  • 1/2 of B6g insults Ford and says they don't understand their customer and are rude for sending anything
  • 1/2 of B6g is happy to get something and waits patiently
Ford sends packet with poster, stickers and some drawings:
  • 1/2 of B6g insults Ford and says they don't understand their customer and are rude for sending anything
  • 1/2 of B6g is happy to get something and waits patiently
Ford sends a flag:
  • 1/2 of B6g insults Ford and says they don't understand their customer and are rude for sending anything
  • 1/2 of B6g is happy to get something and waits patiently
Ford sends a rather creative calendar:
  • 1/2 of B6g insults Ford and says they don't understand their customer and are rude for sending anything
  • 1/2 of B6g is happy to get something and waits patiently


So one could say that rather than antagonizing the 1/2 of forum members who are outspoken, they gave us what our actions were really asking for all along. Nothing and silence.



So now we have to complain about not getting anything because we're sick and tired of being sick and tired of complaining about getting something.

not bad points but I don’t think they put that much thought into it. I’d be happy if I thought they were being open and honest. I did like the flag. The hammock sucked. Calendar was neat. :)

Ford has gone to full-on blame-the-customer and blame-the-dealer mode. They have never admitted that the rule changes they made have hurt their customers. They seem content to brag to anyone who will listen that they've got new toys coming and Bronco sales are awesome. We know better.
