Text msg problems after last update?

Anyone else having issues now? Used to work great but now the come in garbled and missing data. Maybe the new Alexa integration did it? Fyi was looking forward to Alexa in this car until Ford went looking for 10 bucks a month for it. They can kiss my butt lol

I haven't had text problems but my nav deleted all my old routes and at first said I would get to work at 8pm when I was driving there at 6am...I also swear my clock is in a different position...I looked at the app and had an email about the updates. When I click on to see what actual updates they did its blank do you see them?
