Is anyone getting responses from Tanis? I emailed him last week about switching to a soft top, and I got an initial response and preview but he hasn't responded back to multiple emails asking for a confirmation.

Since I haven't heard back from Tanis via email I just tried giving the dealership a call at the main number. It rings a couple times then the call terminates. It would be really nice to get a confirmation that I have been switched to a soft top before the deadline tomorrow. I emailed Rob to see if he could help or point me to someone else.

I just called and got through to their greeting, then hung up. Maybe there's a phone outage somewhere. Maybe it has something to do with DNS outage today?

I did receive a couple emails back from Tanis last week but not the last one I sent. Please bring back John Bronco!!!

I called just now, rang like normal, asked and got transferred to Tanis. He confirmed my Bronco was ‘produced’ (Yahoo!) and discussed some other details. I’ve also s spoken to Rob and he is great. Hope to be there soon to pick up.

Weird so I'm not sure why it was disconnecting on my personal cell (T-Mobile in NC). I called from my work phone (Verizon) and it rang just fine and got patched through to Tanis. He was able to confirm and mentioned that Chase was out until Monday as well. He said with John and Chase out that email and call volume from Bronco reservation holders was hard to keep up with.
