Those are not bead lock rings, they are just the beauty rings. Their description is wrong... Even picture #13 clearly says they are the Beauty Ring

Hard to say. They have no indication whether they are painted or powder coated... even if they are powder coated it is hard to guess on the quality

I heard somewhere they are very similar to ford sas rings, painted black. It's only a color change, not for Bead locking, which the Ford performance might be(depending on which you are talking about, you didn't link)

Not sure where exactly in SoCal you're located, but if you're open to powder coating them I had mine done at a shop in Simi Valley for a little less than half the price of those rings. Feel free to DM me for more info if you're close enough and want the shops info

You should be able to have your own rings powder coated for about $200 allowing you to choose any color you want.
