Tracker issues— should I be worried?

My tracker stopped working (again)—- but this time I can’t log in at all.
The first time it stopped working I could log in, but my build week didn’t match what was emailed or confirmed for Ford directly for 2 week.
Then one day it started working again.
Again, a week and a half later, it has stopped working and now it says my VIN is invalid.

When my tracker first stopped working I was bumped from 5/22 to 5/29 and then 6/12.

Do we think I’m getting bumped again?

I really wish Ford would get their shit together with this tracker!

The tracker has always had hiccups. I wouldn’t worry too much about it, just try it again tomorrow.

It’s probably down for maintenance or updating, I get the same message after four attempts at the I’m not a Robot bullshiat. I think Sunday is the day it doesn’t work for a certain time frame.

Move to go down for multiple days even a full week then start working again. Nothing new
