Any updates on wheel spacer for the beadlock rings? I mounted my 38.5 Boggers without any issue. I was skeptical at first, but it worked.

The estimated ship date was 3/6 but still no update, should be any time now.

How thick are the beads on the TSL/SX2's? These Boggers were like 7/8"

About 3/4". I never felt the rings really bottom out even when I got the torque correct. I think the 1/8" spacers should make a world of difference.

Huh. I did not have an issue, I thought at first I would before mounting. I measured everything, I mounted anyway and it worked. It took a long time torqueing all the bolts, but it bottomed out and no gaps at the end. I highly recommend Bead Buster paste. https://beadbuster.com/product/acc-tml/

So you put in a bottle jack, yet your spare tire doesn't appear to match your other 4 tires.

Seems like one is useless without the other.
🤦‍♂️ Nothing saying you can't run an off-size spare to get home and I'm pretty sure the bottle jack will allow him to do just that...

A small tire on the rear in 2H isn't going to hurt anything. Over thousands of miles you might see some extra spider gear wear at worst.

As long as you are not locked, (open dif) a smaller tire won't hurt anything for a few miles to get the tire fixed. The spare being smaller is also lighter, which is way better for almost anything. I don't plan on having a spare, just tire repair kit and compressor. Oh, and also a cell phone.

I know it's common practice to wire winches directly to the battery, but I felt better using a 500A disconnect.

So the amber lights are pretty weak and I'm thinking of moving them to ditch duty and finding something more powerful for that location. I want to be able to overpower the headlights and I'm not there yet.

Hammerbuilt is sold out of rotopax mounts and I have the ability to DIY so why not? I have about $70 into this setup and now have about 15% more range.

I forgot to let you know they are here and look like winners. I won't be getting them mounted up till after Moab though, just too much going on.

I got my Trickflate bolted down with my prototype mount and will stress test it in Moab before releasing it. There's a couple minor tweaks I already want to make. The final version will be powdercoated.

this is such a dumb statement....got any evidence or theory to backup the hogwash?
make me wonder if you even understand what is inside the axles and how they work? Enjoy being unaware of Broncos internals and pessimistic guessing???
