Uninstall Ford bronco procal programmer

I would like to uninstall my Ford procal programmer that my dealer installed for me. Can I uninstall it myself? Is the stock program in the procal unit? Do I have to back up the performance tune settings on a computer or will it be saved in the Pro-Cal unit for future use? Thank you

Stock settings will already be in the procal. Just go to the programming menu.

Are you wanting to remove the software tune or just the hardware programmer box?
The box can be unplugged and stored at home without effecting the tune that’s installed.
Just in case you did not know. I’ve seen several people not know the box is not needed after install.

My wife still talks about her diesel rabit she had in the early 80's during her high school years. She would turn off the air-conditioner so she could make it up hills, called it her "turbo button"
