I am replacing both rear pod speakers with 4" kicker marine speakers, and amplifying with an MB Quart 2 channel amp. Since the rear speakers are fed with no/limited mids and bass, i tapped into the front kickers to feed my amp (I know i am losing the ability to fade. This will have to do until someone figures out how to use forscan to restore full signal to the rear). I have decided to mount my amplifier in the little cubby under the rear load floor.
My problem now: I am trying to remove some of the plastic panels on the roll bar, and the side panel under the soft top folding mechanism. Has anyone done this? I got a lot of the small panels off, but i am struggling with these, terrified i will crack something. Any advice is appreciated!
In the pictures below i put red arrows on the panels i am wanting to remove
