USB drive file format for Audio

Title pretty much says it all. I have a Samsung micro usb loaded with backing tracks. Unfortunately, the drive isn’t recognized when I plug it in to the port under the climate control on my outer banks.

anyone know if it needs to be FAT32 or will NTFS work? TIA
