[VIDEO] My Bronco makes this weird electronic sound every-time I open the Driver Door.

I never use the E-Brake so maybe it is automatic?

Mine in my 2019 Z71 is. If you get out and move the vehicle (like stepping up into the bed or stepping out onto the step), it automatically engages the solenoid for the Ebrake.
In this case (as I don't have a Bronco yet to listen for it), it very well may be the Fuel pump priming up.
Either way it sounds normal from reading responses.
I wouldn't worry about it.

I'm having flashbacks to early Ranger ownership haha. It's completely normal to the 2.3 (not sure about the 2.7). All Rangers, including mine do that everytime you open the drivers door. Don't worry, it'll also do it at random times while sitting in your driveway/garage.

My Explorer makes the same noise. It's all good.

It's the low pressure fuel pump priming the high pressure pump. All direct injected fords do this. It's tied to the park light signal over high speed CAN I think. If you can't stand it, unlock your doors with the fob from a distance I guess.

Mine makes the same noise just not as loud...I have a 22 badlands sas.

Mine sounds the same. And I finally engaged the E-Brake and it’s a completely different sound.
