Ours is supposed to be built this week. Hopefully we’ll have it sometime in September. Can’t wait to take it to Uwharrie. All I’ve done so far are forest roads.

The last time I was down at Uhwarrie there were mud holes that would drown an elephant. I wasn't in the mood to crawl under the Jeep to clean it that day, so we just rode around the dirt roads for a while. It was a quiet beautiful day, and good for the soul.

Tim, it's been there for a while, so it's pretty tough. These old North Carolina cedars just don't rot. I've got one that was cut in my woods. It was there when I bought the property in 1994, and it's still there. Uhwarrie has trails from 'That was easy" to "Oh hell, we gonna die". With my limited experience in off roading I still close to the easy to moderate trails.Are the tree photos a demonstration of how resilient that stump is?

In the right paint/top color combo, I could see that as looking pretty cool. Might be heavy as hell and be a four-man removal installation but on the positive side, no honeycomb, unfinished edges, etc.Maybe they should make the MIC tops out of Cedar....
