This is a stupid question... What do the dealer do with the damaged stock after a hail storm? Are the Broncos repairable or what?

They are most likely covered under some insurance the dealer carries and will be repaired. Unfortunately there won't be a scratch and dent deal on all those vehicles

Where possible they will use a PDR process to repair. Some will have to see the body shop. None of the repairs will be noted on the title, carfax, etc. Likely the repair will not be disclosed during the purchase transaction.

I used to work in dealerships and they repair them for the most part. Good PDR guys can do amazing things. I have seen a few get totaled tho.
As noted above, the Paintless Dent Repair people can usually fix most hail damage.
