Just got word my bronco badlands is scheduled for production next month. Ive been looking at wheels and am having a hard time determining size, offset and lug pattern. Looking for a wheel that will fit flush or a little further than badlands non sas fenders. Any help is super appreciated, PFA roughly what im looking at making.

Alright so the lug pattern is easy... 6 x 139.7.

For the rest of it... it all depends. What size wheels/tires do you want?

I will say that image looks like LT305/70R17 or LT315/70R17. Both of those tires are much wider than the standard Badlands tire (the latter size its he Sasquatch tire size). If you really want to stick with the standard Badlands fenders, you'll have to go with a skinner tire... LT285/75R17 or LT295/70R17... but it won't really give you that "beefier" look that this image has.

EDIT: I'll also say the image looks like it has a 2-3" lift on the stock suspension. So you'll have to figure that piece of it out too.

Thanks! this photo does have a 2-inch lift which i do want to figure out but I know on badlands models it's not as easy to do. Im not opposed to SAS fenders just worried i might not be able to get them.

The wheels i intend to purchase are Fuel D752 block (18" x 9") +20 Offset, 6x139.7
The tires are: LT285/65R18 125R KO2s

Unfortunately i know nothing about offset so am worried they will poke way to much.

The stock wheels on a Badlands have a +55 offset, so your new ones will poke slightly more but it won’t look bad. Attached are my 0 offset wheels for reference. Just the right amount of poke for me, but that’s my preference. I have Sasquatch flares on mine too, so +20 would tuck inside these flares and be just outside of flush with your stock flares

For reference, more positive offsets will tuck the wheels in further and more negative offsets push the wheels out and give you the poke.

Stock BL wheels have a +55 offset. Assuming the wheel widths are the same, your new wheels would stick out the difference, 35mm which is about 1-3/8"

139.7mm is, of course, 5.5 in. which is the most common 6 lug pattern, what you have to watch for is the hub diameter and the offset...

If your going with these tires - LT285/65R18 125R KO2s - I would go with +0 offset.
What this guy said.

But if you are going with 315's or 12.5's those +20's will be just about perfect.

I have spent too much time thinking this through, and similar to you am planning on 12.5's (35 x 12.5) on a +25 Icon wheel with the non-sas flairs. To me, this is the sweet spot, but not super aggressive. I would call this "tasteful non-paint stripping poke". About a half inch of tread plus an inch of sidewall (give or take).

I have a SAS that is suppose to be built the week of Jan 3 and I'm going with -12 offset on 315s. I thought about going +0 and just trying to find regular flares as well. But after a good amount of time on FB/IG and the internet I think this is the look I'm going for.

Sasquatch wheels with non Sasquatch fenders. I made a dealer do this for me and we my ideal setup until I saw all the damage done to paint and plastic from running a tire/wheel past the fenders.
