White top. Why?

There appears to be a subset of forum members who REALLY want a white top. Myself, I don’t see how a white top is going to look right with black mirrors, door handles, fender flares, grille, bumpers, and wheels, but that’s just me.

So, what’s the deal with a white top? I’d love to hear your answers. ?

It's in the Broncos DNA...think EB.
You can get colored fenders, but idk about door handles. Hopefully there is a grille option also....
I'd like the option, but it's no deal breaker for me

I would very likely do the white top, change out flares and other plastics to white or chrome. maybe even get bumper painted or chrome dipped

I have a '74 U15 Chrome Yellow with Chrome bumpers/mirrors and white top, will be buying a '21 Cyber Orange 2dr for my wife to drive that I hope to match as close to our EB as possible.

I like the look and it's a very nostalgic and retro look for a vehicle that's banking heavily on nostalgia and retro vibes. Would also be a nice contrast to Jeeps, that only offer black or body colored tops. To me, it was a no brainer that it'd be offered so I'm surprised if it in fact isn't.

In my perfect world, I wanted a dark green, V8 powered modern Bronco with a white top and it's looking like Ford is offering none of that. Lol!

I have a '74 U15 Chrome Yellow with Chrome bumpers/mirrors and white top, will be buying a '21 Cyber Orange 2dr for my wife to drive that I hope to match as close to our EB as possible.

What do you mean? I'll be having to do alot of work in my driveway or pay someone to do things like chrome dip parts.

I am thinking that for mirrors/top/grille/flares I would vinyl wrap if possible so that it can be removed.

That’s my second choice. But I’m not 100% sold on the white flares. Yet.

I Think with white or chrome mirrors, white grilled and chrome bumper it would be a lot better.

I would really love a retro look like an EB with white top, grille, and flares, but only if it's done right.

2 simple reasons.
1. White tops started with EB all the way through the 80's (can't remember if last 2 gens had them or not and too lazy to look it up). White tops are the BEST.
2. NOTHING SCREAMS Jeep more than a black top!

Not a deal breaker but man I wish I could get a white top without having to paint or do a vinyl wrap.

Edit: after a quick search looks like white top went all the way though 96.. So let's steal a line from heeps.... White top, It's a Bronco thing ?
