Actually, my Original Post included THIS:

All of these numbers are invoice pricing for a 2 door.

Secondly, I left off the delivery fee of $1495, because it is applied to every vehicle. Comparing 2 vehicles without this charge leaves the same difference between the two.
Duly corrected and sorry for glossing over the 2-door part.

That leaves: $47,080 MSRP for a 2-door badlands 2.7/AT with mid pack (no D&D/T&L), which has your "comparison" $1,774 short.

So, 2-door aside, you still aren't making a valid comparison if the prices aren't reflective of reality.

If you're using X-plan equivalent pricing then that's not mentioned and should be.
