BaseSAS vs BD vs BL (from a delivery standpoint)

I’m ordering this morning and find myself at a bit of sticking point between trim levels. Price is similar and the interiors of these three trims don’t make me want to vomit so what is the best bet for a 21MY build and early delivery?

* Each trim will be the standard “base” package (no lux, mid or high) package upgrades

2 Door Base 2.7 Auto + Sasquatch

2 Door BD 2.7 Auto + wheel upgrade

2 Door BL 2.7 Auto+ wheel upgrade

Throw out the Base, it has 3 of the Deadly Sins. (2dr. V6 Squatch).
I'd vote BL only because a BD I'd be getting new tires & wheels (added cost)

Edit: With that said you'd think the BD or BL would be a quicker build. Keep in mind with Squatch, it "could" delay yes, but where do you stand in the 100k orders? If you're towards the front then you probably get it, towards the back probably delayed.

Guess I should mention my reservation was made just after midnight on the 14th and I’m number 3 at my dealership where they have an allocation of like 15.

Number 3 is pretty good - just after midnight is not too bad either, but like everyone else - we do not know how many orders came in before you. I am before you - so I would have my pick before you. But does that put us in the top 40k orders? I really don't know. 4 hours after the reveal - I would take my chances that you are getting anything you want. Either way - if it is delayed you should get a chance to revise your order after Ford looks at it.

I'm in the same dilemma as you. but what threw me off was the invoice price on the Base adv 4x4.

Yah it’s crazy that a couple options on a base model can get you near the top trim level as far a price goes! I have a 2017 base mustang gt and with the performance package it’s still reasonably priced $ for features. With this bronco it’s like adding a PP to a base Mustang and being within $4000 of a GT350 lol
