this is great information that coincides with my research. Do you think the 275/70/18 is enough to make a good visual difference between the stock tires?
Here’s my 2 dr OBX with OEM tires and then 275/70/18 BFG KO2s. Subtle size difference, but definitely more aggressive. IMO, this is a good balance for a 2 door. But YMMV.

It really looks good with a more aggressive tire! How do you like the KO2? Does the E load affect the ride? I’ve heard not to get E load tires but there’s no other choices in this size.

Yeah, hard to find non-E load at the size. There are a couple (like the General Grabber), but they seem to be out of stock most places.

First impressions are a very slightly harsher ride, but not really bad. I haven’t tried lowering the pressure (they are at 37 psi), which might alleviate it a bit. My wife didn’t notice when she drove it post change, so it might just be me. Noise was definitely not an issue. i even measured with a sound pressure level pre and post change. Overall, very happy with the change.

Thanks for solidifying my tire decision!

Thank you for the thorough information! My next step is to see if I can fit that 295/70/18 without a lift. My bronco has a build date 11/15 so trying to get things in order.

I'm in FL so don't need anything like that at all!
Hi, were you Able to find out if you were able to fit that 295/70/18 without crash bar or lift?

I bought 275 and a friend of mine did 285/70/18 with no mods. I’m not sure about 295.

Checking to see if you got your Bronco and did the tire upgrade to 295/70/18. Just found these today and could be a great option!

Sorry I didn’t finish the thread. See you went with 275’s. Probably the best overall choice.

Oh I'm sorry I didn't update this thread! I went with 275/70/18 and I think they're perfect! My MPG went from 21 to 17 so I'm glad i didn't go any bigger. Very happy with the decision. They look great and ride really smooth!

Did you use a leveling kit too? I’m thinking of getting 265s or 275s (no lift/level) but 4 mpg off has me leaving 265.

No leveling kit. What do you mean about the 265s?

I only mean that 265 is a smaller size increase and would theoretically weigh less so might have a lesser effect on fuel economy. I didn’t get the bronco expecting fuel efficiency, but was hoping for a 1-2 mpg negative effect.

The stock duellers are just not aggressive enough.

Don't get 265. It won't make as much visual difference. I'm at about 18.1 MPG with almost no highway riding. If you do highway you can probably get 19mpg out of the 275/70/18.
