Will Switching Dealer Selection be allowed Once Order Banks Open?

I have a day 1 reservation and have found a dealer that I would like to switch to.
I understand that Ford locked out our ability to switch dealers currently, but once the MY22 order banks open, will reservation holders be able to switch dealerships up until a certain date for MY22?

I actually figured ( and hoped ) that we would in fact be able to switch dealers for ‘22.

The Website makes it out that once ordering opens again, you can change dealers:

This is for Reservations, so once converted, I'm not sure you'll be able to switch.

Yeah, I deleted my comment because I saw that and wanted to clarify… but didn’t have time to edit it…

The main FAQ page removed all mention of being able to change dealers, I’m actually shocked you found some.

Have you called the number and asked? Everyone I’ve seen on the forum who has stated interest in changing since the removal of mentions has come up empty handed.

I’d be interested in hearing what the marketing Dept tells you.

Today I called the 800 number shown above as I want to change dealers. The person I spoke to referred me to the My Ford account to change dealers.

When I clicked on the Reservations & Orders > View Now link all I get is a new browser tab that is completely blank.

Weird. We were never able to change dealers through the web… it always had to be over the phone with Ford Marketing (4375)

For what it’s worth it seems like something funny is going on with the Ford website today and it sounds like a bunch of people’s reservations aren’t showing up on the site.
