Seems like no chance I’ll have one in the next year so I guess so should answer no?

Mostly forest roads etc to and from hiking/camping but I'll look for lower risk OTV trails to play on. As my daily, I won't be beating the sh out of it though

I will absolutely take it off road but my style of offroading is not bashing it on rocks. That's why the Wildtrak was a good fit for me. I don't plan on rock crawling other than a few easier trails at Moab and mainly dirt roads to new places I've never been. I won't need a swaybar disconnect where I plan on taking it.

Already took my OBX through all the potholes at the mall... Unfortunately I haven't found any trails close to my area in Iowa to do anything offroad yet, might have to leave the state.

There is more than one way to enjoy a vehicle. You can enjoy a Miata or M Series BMW, even if you never take them to the track.

My question was more about comfort level participating in an activity, for which there is limited support for parts and materials to repair the vehicle. This is not the case for Jeep or other brands that have a history of parts and suppliers. Bronco just doesn't have that inventory or network.

Would love to but there’s literally no trails within 4 hours from me.

Certainly I can’t be the only one in an area with no trails?

This is why I went OBX with lux and leather

I have been planning since June of 2021 for a week trip to wheel on Drummond Island June of 2022. Was going with my two brothers and their Jeeps and a few of their friends.

At the rate its going, I doubt I will have my Bronco in time.

Owning a performance sports car, its difficult to enjoy what it has to offer legally on public streets. Yes, its fun to drive on a winding mountain road, but would be a blast to drive it 30mph over the limit but Jail is not worth it. Drag strip I can enjoy acceleration it has. Road course I can enjoy the handling and speed.

There is at least in my area lots of great areas you can off road, many with very little to no risk to your vehicle. Some with significant risk. Trails are graded, easy, low, moderate, difficult and extreme. Plus the have miles of forest roads and fire roads.

You betcha. Assuming I get mine by summer...I'll probably enjoy a break-in period of just having the doors off, top down open road freedom here in the South for a few months before doin any nearby off road trails.
