Winch fuse?

An installer used this 150 amp fuse on my warn 10S winch. I think it’s going to pop. What size is needed?

Can't see what they used but I would recommend a 500 amp relay. The 10s winch can pull 409 amps, so yeah a little under rated at 150A.

Realistically 150 amps is probably fine for most pulls, but at max load it pulls 400 amps.

If you are replacing the fuse, make sure you take into account wire gauge.

What's the black box above your fuse box? Some sort of aux fuse box perhaps??
