2024 … Any suggestions of where to locate the Wireless Key Entry Pad on the RAPTOR (other than the drivers door) so it is less conspicuous to the casual stranger wondering by? (Bronco can mount it inside the fuel flap door, but RAPTOR model, it does not fit per the dealership)… Appreciate the suggestions...

I put mine on the windshield cowl by my driver's side wiper. Been there for well over two years.

Thx Jawaburger. Presume you have not had any problems with the operation of the keyless pad doing its thing?

Nope! I use it daily with no issue. It's been there for two mid-west winters.

I'm a longtime Ford Owner and one of my favourite features is the keyless entry pad. When I park my F-150 at the beach, I hide my key in the truck's interior and can enjoy going swimming without worrying about someone swiping my key from my stuff on the sand. If someone somehow gains entry to my truck, they can't drive anywhere because it is conventional turnkey ignition so they would first have to find the key that I had hidden. The Bronco however is push button start so if you hide the key in it, someone who gains access to the interior can then simply drive away because the key is broadcasting to the ignition, right? Do you stow the fob in a Faraday pouch to prevent this or am I missing something? If I'm not able to "safely" leave the key with the vehicle, the keyless entry pad is of no value to me.

When I do leave my key fob in the vehicle, I do keep it in a faraday pouch, and it is hidden away. You can't lock the doors if the key is in the vehicle and isn't in a faraday pouch.

Not a Braptor but mine is in the fuel door and it’s perfect.
Yes, the standard Bronco, per my dealership, can hide the keyless inside/behind the fuel door. But that does NOT work on the RAPTOR model. Thanks for your reply anyway. AND YES, I just ordered my faraday bag for putting the key FOB inside the vehicle when I am going to rely on the keyless pad for entry. SMART. Even if I say so myself. Small cost compared to not, and finding a missing vehicle.

You CAN lock the bronco with the key inside when you use the number pad. I do it daily. It's no different than any other key fob. It's only when you use the door lock button from inside that it complains if the key is inside.

I have my Raptor keypad on the inside of the fuel door. Works great, just need to place diagonal and remove the casing.

I keep a spare in a faraday pouch tucked away 24/7.
