With mine still enroute I will probably just wait and see what others report and/or do first. If its the previously mentioned connector change issue than yeah, I'll just have to trash them since hers is a 25. Kinda a shame cause I know @SlimerChick was really excited about these to improve the vision.

Also very interested to see if anyone can run a turn signal lead up to the mirror or if there is an existing wire located somewhere close by that can be tapped. Otherwise its a feature I got that I didn't need to spend the extra few bucks on.
Search around a bit for this info. I've seen lots of posts about wiring up the mirror to the turn signal leads.

I wish they had clarified what the blind spot indicator issue is so I could have responded to my email in an informed manner. Mine is en route and I went ahead and asked for the refund.

Hi Wolfbox,
I will have to wait until the Blind Spot Monitoring bug is repaired. Will you please let us know when this option is once again available?
I look forward to placing an order.

Hope wolfbox didn't overpromise and underdeliver as this could be a clusterf*ck... 🍿
I said it here... 👀

On the good news side, the other thing I had mentioned in that comment/post was about the two websites... Which... They have now combined! So they fixed that quickly.

Product had already shipped in my case, they offered me a full refund and said I can keep the product when it arrives no need to return. QC issue or not, that is amazing customer service as far as I am concerned! Thank you @WolfBox

I plan to check the mirrors out when they come in, hopefully the blis error they’re talking about is just incompatibility with newer MYs. If that’s the case I’ll probably post mine up for free to any MY24 or older that want them.

Redbeardoh let me know if you won’t be able to use them, I’d be interested for my ‘24 Wildtrak. If that’s the only issue with them.

Mine just arrived. Have the connections on them for Blind Spot, heat and turn signal. Im pretty sure there is no wire in the mirror for the turn signals, but shouldnt be too hard to lengthen the existing wires and get them to where they can get turn signal signals.

Edit: Bummer. I got the email today also. However I will say what a pro-active approach they are taking (compare to Ford and MIC tops). A full refuned and a 15% gift card. I think that is more than fair. Its a shame they did not work out (yet). I will be ready when they are.

I replied to Wolfbox’s email and asked them to elaborate a little on what the issue with the blind spot light is and this is the response I received:

“Thank you for your question. The minor issue with the blind spot monitoring light is that there is a small chance it may not work as intended in some conditions, which could impact the blind spot alert function. This is purely an indicator light issue and does not affect the mirror’s core functions like visibility or heating.”

Small chance? So it's not the connector change issue? No I'm really torn about about. I did just request option 1 a full refund but that message you got means it may work? Regardless though since its for my wife's Bronco I don't know if I can risk a small chance...

Would love to see if anyone got these yet and looked at them closely especially for a 25+.

Mine are coming in the mail today. I’ll try them out and report back. I have a MY21 so I’ll see about the connector too.

Thanks for the info. That’s concerning. I was hoping it was a connector issue not being compatible with late 2025MY+ and it would simply work or not work. If the indicator is flakey, then I won‘t want to use it.

I requested a full refund too, tho mine just arrived. I’ll probably try the driver-side out to be sure I like the curvature and non-tint, then once they fix the BLIS indicator function, I can reorder.

Regarding the connector, it has the older 21-early25MY version:

I just got my defective mirrors in the mail today. Though I received a full refund, I thought I would compare them to my OEM's. before throwing them away.

There doesn't seem to be much difference between the WolfBox mirror and my "objects are closer than they appear" OEM passenger side view mirror

The Wolfbox mirror (top) does cover more area on the drivers side.

Sorry for causing this inconvenience, my dear friends.

For those who ordered, I managed to get another $20 gift card that can be applied both on wolfbox.com and gears.wolfbox.com, which can be added to the $15 card sent from our customer center on Wolfbox Gears.

Please kindly fill your email address and order number in the sheet below, once we confirmed, you will receive it.
Wolfbox side mirror orders

I'll update the compatibility and features here as soon as I have the info. Thank you for your patience.

Be aware the driver side convex mirrors are illegal in the US. There is a reason why factory RH mirror is convex and has the "objects in the mirror bla, bla" thing. Every state differentiates probably a little, but manufacturers are mandated to use flat mirrors on the LH. It's a federal law. Just be aware.
