Reminds me of a Vista Cruiser interior.
Ha! That's why I love it! It's a definite throw-back to that vibe, and who here wouldn't love to spend some time in a Vista Cruiser by now? Or those days with the fake plastic wood panel on the AC slider controls! That was the whole "vibe" I was hopeful for when I bought this kit. No intention of trying to "class" it up to look more luxurious, but strangely enough, that's kind of what they did for mine with the roast interior. Breaks up the black plastic everywhere a bit.

Same.

Read the title and immediately thought, "can't wait to look at this train wreck of an interior", but honestly... don't hate it at all.

And yeah, I think it probably would only work on the Roast/Truffle seats on Outer Banks.
Agree.

Echoing what everyone is saying, you made that look awesome with the trim level you have!

This looks great! Thanks for sharing. I agree with not putting them around the window switches, as that particular area looks way over done in the Amazon review photos where people did install them there.

I have the Roast interior as well and really like this, just not sure if I want to do it or not. I guess worst case they are removable.

Thanks, that’s the same one I found. Looks to be the only one.
Yep, that's what I've got in the wood grain color. Honestly the quality is quite good! Far better than what I was expecting. They stick on with the red 3m double sided tape and hold exceptionally well. Just wipe down the area with some alcohol before you stick them on. None of them have come loose on mine, including the door handle covers front and back. I have no scratches or chips.

I really like the way the steering wheel piece feels. Takes a minute to get used to it, but once you are, it's really a nice / fun part of the kit. I used the center piece, the hvac plate, the door handles, and the steering wheel pieces. The window switch pieces don't really fit the mold well, sit too high off the surface and didn't look like they "belong" there. I really have 0% complaints about any of it and wish they had a couple more pieces for a few strategic spots to really finish it out. Would really like a door handle piece and "maybe" the kick area of the door, but that may be too much, too "cheesy".

if only the wood was real, not fake. I'd pay 10Xs that price for real wood veneer...
Ford, are you listening? I would too!

In case anyone is curious of the aluminum rings in my picture around the GOAT, HVAC/Stereo knobs, these are they below (Also comes with one for the headlights)... They fit mine perfectly, very snug, no sense of being anything other than factory.

I've had these things in a cart for 2 years now., debating. I'm very glad you posted these pics! I have a EG base, but I've redone the interior with redlinegoods and its a deep brown nappa leather. That Faux wood definitely brings it all together by shielding the "sea" of black plastic. Will probably be adding these soon!

Look’s Good! Do people do this also with the carbon fiber look similar to the factory carbon fiber option ?

I would absolutely do this if they had a gray driftwood version to match the wildtrak interior.

I get so many compliments on these wood inserts from Amazon, I think Ford should consider adding a submodel called the "Woodsman" or something along those lines, and load up with wood accents. Built for that guy who makes furniture, or the local scout master, but with some flare. I have to admit, I wasn't sure if I'd like this myself, but once I put them on, I instantly loved them and how it made the cabin feel. I've heard many times from those who have never been in a Bronco "wow, this is much nicer than I thought it would be, love the wood look!" I really do think Ford is missing an opportunity here. These weren't but maybe a $100, and I didn't use all of the pieces (note the window switch area).

I wish there were more pieces I could buy to keep going with the "wood" feel. Especially on the door panels, I see a cool opportunity for the indention on the bottom edge, the handle, and even perhaps the arm rest pad. Any of you 3rd party vendors on here have any ideas that would play well with what's there now, please let me know! I'd love to talk!

Looks good! We have carbon fiber ones and love them but the wood looks good with the brown interior.
